The implant to prevent periimplantitis

The PerioType X-Pert was developed jointly with the Academy of Periointegration and is the first implant system in the world to be developed to meet the challenge of natural periointegration. The atomically bound zirconium and titanium oxide coating on the abutment faces reduces the accumulation of plaque and improves the soft tissue management. In combination with its conical seal, the bridge-shaped implant shoulder gives optimum protection against bacterial attack and improves the take-up of chewing motions and forces.
